TICQIZ RULES OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry to competitions is free of charge.

The competitions are open to anyone other than employees and families of Cosloza Ltd, the owner of the Ticqiz brand and internet sites, and any other third parties involved in the functioning or administration of the Ticqiz internet sites.

Any person can play any competition as many times as he/she wishes, the best result will be the only result taken into account.

To be able to win any prize the person must have registered as per the Registration page of this website, including giving a full postal address.

Scorecards received after the closing time & date will not be considered.

There will only be one winner of any one competition.

The winner will be decided by having

Answered all questions, and having

A fully correct scorecard, and having

The fastest overall answering time. and, if required, having

The fastest anwering time of the “time-pressured” question(s).

Thereafter, if still more than “one winner” per the above criteria, a draw will be made by XYZ Notaries, Any Street, Anytown, Anywhere, to select the winner.

Where any competiton has more than one prize then the second, third, and etc, places will also be determined per the above process.

If no winner is determined per the above criteria, then no prize will be ditributed and the winnings will be donated to disadvantaged children.

The decision of Cosloza Ltd is final.

Where an event is cancelled for whatever reason (eg. weather) neither Ticqiz nor Cosloza Ltd can be held responsible, nor will either be liable to furnish similar winnings (tickets or other) or exchange the winning offer/gift.

Winners will be advised by a confirmation email or SMS within X days of closing date of the competition – to receive his/her prize the winner must reply by return email or SMS within 48 hours, after which the winnings will be passed on to the “runner up”.

Winner confirmation emails or SMS will be sent to the contact details as registered by the winner in the Registration page of this website – if the winner is unable to access the relevant email address ro SMS number then his/her prize will be forfeited to the “runner up”, and so on.

Winners accept not to sell or auction their winning tickets – any person found doing this will banned from future competitions.

FYI, similar prizes as those of Ticqiz competitions may also be available on other internet sites.

Any person playing a competition is accepting to abide by these rules, terms and conditions.

Cosloza Ltd reserves the right to alter any of the above rules at any time and without notice.
